:banghead: How do I get the oil into the rear diff? :banghead:
I have a funnel, no good. to long.
I tried just from the bottle, to long. can't get enough of an angle to squeeze even a drop out.

How the heck do I get this done? :banghead:

grab a piece of hose and put it on the tip of the bottle (the bigger the better, as long as it fits the tip)

tilt the bottle up and let it run in like an IV a little squeezin helps too

If you intend to do this very often in your life, do yourself a favor and go to an auto parts store and get a suction gun made for the purpose. Not expensive. It's about the same size as a grease gun, with a flexible tube. Over a few years it will save you many hours of frustration.

$4 buys you a nice disposable pump that screws onto the bottle. Easy :)

Throwing the gear oil bottle in a half bucket of hot water, for awhile really helps.

Lift your Jeep :D I can do my rear axle now without having to use the pump LOL..... ok on a serious note, go to autozone and get a pump.....

Yep,
Splurged a whole $3.00 @Wal-Mart and picked up a small fluid Transfer Pump.

Heep is back on the road.

I have a cheap weed sprayer....

I just cut the wand off, and have a larger diameter hose....

put the oil in the sprayer, and pump it up!!!

oil goes in fast!

just pop the pressure relief valve to stop the flow.
