2nd ARB seal housing failure

this is the second time the seal housing (the seal ring that the ext air line goes into) has failed on my D30. the first one went within less than a week. i replaced it with a new one and that one last a little over 2 months. it appears that the ring rotates with the carrier and shears the copper tube where the bearing cap mates to the housing. i have not had this problem with my D44 in the rear. anyone else have this problem? after the first time i made sure there was plenty of bevel to the bearing cap and it is not getting pinched. i will be calling ARB on monday but was curious as to this happening to anyone else.

Check your housing to make sure it's not bent. That's the most comon cause for failed ARB seals.
