RE rear brake line ?'s

I'm in the process of installing an RE 4.5" superflex kit on my 2000 XJ. the rear brakline is held to the axle tube by a hollow bolt that doubles as a breather for the axle housing, but the bolt won't fit through the hole in the block at the end of the brake line. can i just drill it out or turn down the bolt a little? also, i have sye and cv driveshaft already installed, will i still need to use the tc drop? thanks in advance,
Chad

hey I had the same problem with mine, I just took a large drill bit and carefully open up the hole little, it doesn't take much. Can't remember what size I used, just because and go slow, you should be ok. All mine really needed was clearance around the threads.
