PowerTrax No Slip Install trix?

Are there any tricks to the install of a PowerTrax No Slip in a Chry 8 1/4? The book looks pretty straight forward, but was wondering if anyone had anything else they found that the book didn't address.

I did one about 2 years ago ,, not to bad ,, I took it step by step and about 1 1/2 hours latter I was down the road. I had never taken off a diff cover before I start the project not bad at all.

What gears do you have?I had to grind a little of the ring gear to get to pin out/in.Also check to make sure your C-clips fit down inside the side gears,my clips were not perfectly round and required a little grinding to fit.After that Ive had mine in/out several times in less than 30 minutes!

I've got a 27 spline 8.25 with 4.10's. I followed the instructions and it went in with no trouble.

?

How would the pin have been put in if it wasen't already ground down?
