How do you get 3rd window out?

I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and I wanted to know how I get the vent window out? Mine is the fixed glass version. I have a replacement fixed glass that I would like to put in replacement of it. I have the grey interior door cover off and I have undone the two screws in the top and the one bolt in the door that holds the window together but I am kind of stuck now. What do I do from here?

there's either two big rivots or torx bolts holding it on, you'll have to pull the main door glass as well to get it out.

Actually you don't have to remove the main glass (see my post above to similar question). I've done it several times.
