Front locker question

If I have lockout hubs and want to run a front locker or a spool up front, will i have the problems of the tire squeel when turning if my hubs are not locked out? I f I don't lock out my hubs wont this not lock the axles out not leting it be a full lockout?

I guess i dont reall y know how to explain it, but if I have aspool up front and dont lockout my hubs on the street will I still get the tire screetch?

with the locking hubs in the free position it actually disconnects the drive axle from the wheel...so no tire squeel
