Dana 30 Locker install....

Just got the diff cover off and the pin broke that holds the retaining pin in place. Any suggestions on how to remove?? Drill out??

I´m guessing your refering to the pin or bolt that holds the spider gear shaft in the carrier/case. I´ve never done a 30 but on the 35, the hole the pin/bolt goes into, is drilled all the way through the carrier/case. Look on the other side of the ring gear, you´ll probably see a hole you can get a punch into.
If you have the screw in type, I have another technique that has worked for me. Other than drilling, in the bolt/pin hole.

It's fixed, a little clickety, but done. You were right, though. It was just a pin, upon further observation.. Thanks for the help.. Now I need to save up for the rear..
