noisy brakes

My front brakes are rattling pretty loudly and it seems as though I can hear the pads dragging slightly also.

It was making some noise before I replaced my rotors, calipers, and pads a while back but it went away after I did the brakes.

Now its back and louder. I checked for loose bolts but couldn't find any and the anti-rattle clips are in place. It sounds real tinny like sheetmetal. I couldn't find the backing plates to be touching anything either. The sound stops when the brakes are applied.

Please toss out any ideas, it's making me crazy and people are starting to stare!
