I must be dumb. My shackle upper bushings are shot and I need replacements. However I cannot find anything anywhere. They have a part # stamped on them MO2400. Google is failing me, where can I find these at?

Who's shackles?

My looked at some new un-installed IRO shackles, they use a 1-1/2" bushing #M02247.

Could they be Daystar M02400 bushings? I’m thinking the O may actually be an 0.

Maybe just nothing come up when I looked on Daystar site. Pic of the shackle, the are actually 1.25" OD bore for the shackle.

they might be Tomken, had their leaves back in the day.

Those look like my RE shackles.

I thought that at first as well, but the RE appeared to be welded on 3 sides. Mine are just welded on 2 sides. Obviously things could have changed over the years but the pics that I could find seem to line up. Ordered a set of JKS shackles as I'm not sure I'm going to be able to find a bushing kit. Tomken has one but for $30 bucks. Seems a bit steep.

Measure the bushing location and go to the Prothane website. They have a numerous universal fit bushings with measurements.

I found a reference to a Daystar M02400 bushing here:

https://www.4wd.com/sku/Daystar/standard/6001473.pdf

and here:

https://thmotorsports.com/2011424-daystar-bushing.

Nothing on Daystar’s website though.

Cool, thanks! I will have to call them Monday and see. Cheaper than new shackles

I did check their site and couldn't find anything close. Like the RE bushing are 1.5" bore size and mine are 1.25".
