Unknown black hose

I been searching for a vaccume leak and hooked up my vaccume pump to this black hose on passenger side of 98 xj jeep just under what i think is the evap solenoide and i started getting water from it obviously its not a vaccume hose but was wondering what it goes to one end goes into the big bundle of wires for the main harness and disappears the other goes into the fire wall next to the condensation drain for the ac

Dont mind the clear hose with water drops on bottom right thats the hose to my vaccume pump i had just attempted to test vaccume on the black hose above it and decided to move on before taking the picture
