Brake booster toast: new or reman? Brand?

After 207k miles it's time for the 96s old brake booster to come out and an new one to go in.
Like the title says should I get a new one or remanufactured?
What brands would ya'll recommend or ones to avoid?

I can't lock the tires up anymore so thus needs fixing asap.

Looking at Rock Auto, all the boosters are rebuilt.
Of the three available, I would buy the Centric, I have used a lot of their products and have been happy, especially when compared to A1-Cardone's stuff.

I would find one that has a good warranty , Rock auto is good but some of the local parts stores mite have a better warranty so look around and maybe there mite be a upgrade you can do , now would be a good time to do a upgrade .

Stay away from A1 Cardone. My shop has had multiple failures of their "reman" parts. Sadly many of the store branded remans are also Cardone, so finding a good unit is frusterating to say the least.
