OEM Spare tire carrier

I obtained an OEM tire carrier from the JY but the bushings at both attachment points (right rear quarter and right rear bumper) are shot. These bushings allow the carrier to swing out from the rear hatch and then roll to allow the carrier to fall away from the Jeep, held by a retaining wire. I’m at a loss on how to locate these bushings. Any suggestions?

Are they poly or something else? Poly's can be sized out along with many metallic bushings.
