Removed my rear fender flares to deal with some rust and ran into more than what I wanted to! Server rust on the lower portion of the fender at the wheel well, partially rusted away. How far up can I trim the fender. Anyone have any instructions? I'm not really a body person so can use all the help and advice that I can get.
