1997 XJ 4.0 motor - good core w/head

I have a 4.0 motor from a 1997 (not the Jeep I stripped). It was pulled and replaced because the number 5 cylinder had a noise. Turns out the piston was starting to come apart at the wrist pin and slightly rotating, making the noise. It would be a great core for a rebuild as the issue was caught before Chernobyl, or put a new piston in it and run it. The head was pulled to diagnose. It's been sitting inside since it was pulled.

I'll entertain offers on the motor and head, or just the head or the motor.
