Why would JUST my low beams quit working? Even with new bulbs? 97 XJ

Does the "Flash" function work?
High Beams work fine huh?

Check fuses 4,5 on the junction block.
It seems to me that the only things between the main fuse 7 and the headlights are the delay module, headlight switch, beam selector, and those 2 fuses.

Had the same issue in a 96. The issue was in the turn signal assembly on the steering column.
