Ignition Coil fuse blows on crank

I have a 2000 XJ 4.0L 4x4

The 15amp mini fuse under the hood blows when I turn the engine over and kills the power to the ignition coil. I am perplexed as to what could cause this? Is it a sign of a bad coil pack or am I completely screwed here? Electrical issues are my nemesis so I will gladly take some help! Thank you!

Any ideas? Or should I assume the ignition coil rail went out on me and is caudsing a short?

Not sure of the wiring on there but check to make sure nothing is melted onto the exhaust manifold.
