Check that the cps wires are not hitting the exhaust manifold.

Not engine, but drivetrain "bucking". It's acting like the locker is engaged, the only thing I've come up with is the shaft is applying pressure to the locker somehow. I did measure the unit bearing fit since there are 2 used for my year.

Didn't get a tight u joint or something? I'd jack up the front, turn the wheels to lock and spin them.

That's definitely something to look at, when the axles arrived I was playing with them and did notice some tightness on one(but which one)!
