I Keep Blowing Turn Signal/brake light Fuse!

I keep blowing the 20A underhood fuse on my '95 XJ 4.0 AW4. My battery voltage is through the roof, too.

I did bypass my Neutral safety switch (but I'm not sure if this started before or after that).

Any idea why I keep blowing the brake light/turn signal fuse?

There is only one reason to blow a fuse, a short circuit. Start with a simple physical/visual inspection of the bulb sockets and wire harnesses and wire harness plugs. Give extra attention to the wire harnesses in the door and tailgate hinge areas. Grab a volt/ohms multi-meter and do some continuity testing. If the Jeep is wired for trailer lights, suspect possible issues there. Check for clean and snug ground connections.
