1998 XJ e-fan bypass diagram?

Does anyone have a diagram of how the bypass the e-fan on a 1998 XJ to allow the electric fan to run anytime the engine is running. We've Googled and YouTubed and can't find what we need. One link on had some info but all the photos were missing.
