Valve cover breather

On my 96, I need to replace the front breather part that pops into the valve cover.
Anyone have thecorrect part number from dorman for thegrommet and elbow that plugs into the cover?
Also figured ill replace the back one as well if its the same part.
Searched the web and cant seem to get a definitive answer.

The breathers are different. One has a pin hole in it. One is wide open. The grommets are the same for both. I believe the one in front does not stand as high as the one in back. Problem is I can not remember where each goes. Pin hole one in front or back? Wide open one in front or back? Pretty sure this is what you need but will have to figure out what is what.
