Does anyone know if the steering column in a 93-98 ZJ will at all fit (preferably with all the switches) in a 97-01 XJ or is the wiring and shaft completely different. Alternatively, can some re-wiring be done to make this work? I can get my hands on a cheap ZJ steering column that is supposedly in fully working order, and I need to replace both switches on my XJ right now.
