Bastard pack question

This weekend I'm looking to put my 4.5 rc lift on. In pulling carpet I have found that this jeep is rusty. Very rusty. I have a 4.5 rear spring pack. Anyone know if I am able to make a bastard pack with the 4.5 rc spring pack? I'm afraid to pull the rears

You can make a bastard pack using s10 leafs

Oh I know. I just have these springs in my garage

Any springs that are the same width as stock leaf springs can be used.
