Not an XJ but a 4.0 question

Have an 02 WJ I bought for the wife. Original motor was bad so I swapped in a newer motor (60,000 mi). I had to replace the tps, cps. Drive it about 3k miles and head was cracked. While taking everything apart I somehow broke the tab in the intake. So got a new intake. New head, new intake installed. Fire it up and it idles like crap, there seems to be a lack of power while accelerating and the auto trams shifts crappy. It sat for about 5 months prior to the head and intake swap. The only things I can think are bad fuel filter or maybe dirty injectors. After that I have no idea. I'm all ears if you guys have any ideas.
 
Double check your firing order.
 
Isn't the WJ Coil-on-Plug Distributor less ?

Did you buy genuine Jeep sensors ? Have you checked the transmission kickdown/throttle valve cable adjustment ? Have you cleaned the Idle Air Controller ?
