Passenger window switches and radio not worKing.

Hey y'all. I have a 95 Cherokee Country with power windows. The drivers side switches all work but none of the passenger switches do. Pulled the sore panels off and didn't see anything suspicious, I also don't know what to look for. What I did find is a good amount of moisture. The door fell off years ago and wasn't poor on correctly leaving a quarter inch gap in the top right corner. I'm thinking that maybe something got shorted from water getting in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, the radio isn't working. Fuses are good, harness looks good it's just not getting power.

Not sure about the radio, but is window the lock out switch possibly broken?
