Should I go with a stock manifold or one with the accordion tubes on the end, or a header. My engine is stock and stout. 220k miles and uses NO oil. I'm also thinking about upgrading the injectors.

What are your objectives? Priorities? Long term plans? Expectations?

The options all exist because they fit different folks.

I agree with going with the accordion style. The idea was it could flex without breaking, put one in ours got to be 12-13 years ago and never had another problem with it. Back when I did it the advice going around was to avoid factory because there was some flaw causing them to crack. No idea if the was true or an accepted internet fact of the day.

A header would be a nice idea depending what you were trying to do.

Whatever you choose, unless you just did them within the last year or so, replace your motor and trans mounts too.
