Renix engine in a 98?

Ok in one of our local jeep group pages a kid made the mistake of picking up a used Renix engine to replace his HO in his 98. He is not too knowledgeable and keeps persisting of wanting to use the engine in his 98.

Now this seems dumb to me since the Renix motor has less power that to my knowledge is due to a poor performing head.

But can a Renix head accept the HO intake and exhaust and all other associated parts?
