Bosch injectors help please

I know this has been asked before many times,but here is mine,i just got some 0-280-150-931 injectors,only information I could find on the web was that they are 19#,but still haven't seen anyone use them on a XJ or 4.0 jeep,so can someone school me on how to figure out if flow rates are same or at least compatible with stock 4.0L, i also got some 0-280-150-756 but those aren't 4 hole,and only got 5,any help is much appreciated.
