A/C not cold enough...new parts/recharge

Hey, recently replaced the evaporator core in my '98 XJ 4.0L when I did my heater core a couple months or so ago. While I was at it i did the accumulator and liquid line.

Today I did the compressor and then took it in to the mechanics to get vacuum pulled and recharged. My A/C is now cool, but not cold, guess it is better than nothing. I was really hoping for cold A/C this time. It's getting freaking hot in Indiana.

Any ideas what could be a problem (if any)?

Low refrigerant, unknown leak, bad high pressure switch, dirty condenser, inoperative aux electric fan, there are lots of possibilities.
Without gauges, and the ability to interpret them, troubleshooting is somewhat limited.
Why not ask the mechanic who recharged the system why?
