Roof Rack Side Mounting Nuts

So, I noticed the other day that the little rubber nuts that go in the roof to attach the side rails, pulled out of the roof. So now I need to get some new ones. What did ya'll use?

Would these be good?

They look like the might work but you'd probably have to remove the headliner which is somewhat of a pain...

Look at nutserts.

I think those go in the hole and when you tighten them they pinch the roof and don't move.

I used ones like in the auction on my '89. I think that I picked them up at Fastenal.

the original inserts were still available from the dealer 5 years ago, older XJs had rubber inserts and the newer XJs has a hard steel insert.
i used stainless 1/4 - 20 hardware with fender washers on an 87 that had the spare on the roof. that was alot of weight to put on dried out rubber inserts.
looks like those inserts would work as well.
