Does anyone know the color for the OEM center cap on a 2001 Sport? The OEM steel wheels are silver, but the cap is a different color. I'd like to repaint them the original colors.

The OEM color for the center caps is going to be whatever color the rims are painted assuming the rims have not been repainted.

Center caps originally were the same color as the rest of the rim.

Thanks for the info. The cap covers that I have are discolored and the pictures I find of the OEMs look almost metallic compared to the wheels.

Use whatever fits and you can find 4 of. Some other Jeep models used similar sized rims and the center caps were covered with polished aluminum.

I've come up with 3 from the junkyard, but I'm going to need to refinish them. Just looking at the pictures available on the Internet, the center Caps just seem more "chrome-y" than the silver wheels they sit on. It may just be the difference in materials between the steel of the wheels and the plastic of the center Caps.
