Two things what are they and where do they belong?

first I may of asked for before. Interior, may of been under the back seat. No matching plugs visible anywhere.


Relay socket and two weather packs. Don't know where it originated.

Looks to be trailer wiring harness.

That appears to be in the back in drivers side by where stock spare would go which would be trailer harness.

It is the adapter to change from the stop/turn signal bulb drive setup on a normal XJ, over to what is needed to drive a trailer such as a UHaul. In this day and age, you can get a small electronic module, but from the factory, you got good old relays. The wrapping is to quiet them down during normal driving and to keep them from rattling around.

Would it have any effect on the operation of my stock blinkers? none of them are working some sit on.

Is the second harness also a part of that?
