Do I have a factory LSD (D44)?

This may be a dumb question but I'm still asking. I'm looking at picking up a D44 for the rear of my '89 XJ. The D44 is out of a Cherokee that had the D44 from the factory. The guy selling it doesn't know too much about it but says it has 3.55 gears and a limited slip in it.

I don't know what I'm looking at when I take off the diff cover- so does it have a LSD? He also says it's a factory LSD...I didn't think the Cherokee D44s came with a factory LSD. Help?

Looks like a LS carrier. Most XJ D44 were open, but I have seen a couple with LS.

That diff looks like it has a tag on it. The LSD axle should have a tag (or the remnants of one) on the other side that says "limited slip" or the like.
