Highland Floor Mats?

Just looked at the link to the mats you propose in your inquiry. Hmmm... They do not appear, (under the magnification feature), to have deep enough "raised ridges", for my area, i.e., deep enough to really collect mud, snow, and melted water, etc. However, your area's environmental issues may not require the better mats suggested to you. If I came across the mats you reviewed, and they were free in cost to me.., I might consider cutting them up in order to make 'mud flaps'. However I have no real desire to make mud flaps to begin with. (lol).

I have the Rugged Ridge mats (sold under most catalog Jeep store brands, and a few others). I paid ~$60 shipped, and I think they're a good value at that price. Any higher, and I think I'd get Weathertech or Husky.
