HD tie-rod adjuster replacement?

Maybe make one with DOM/chromo tube, tap the inside to match the tie rod/TRE ends or maybe weld in bungs? And lock nuts?

Not sure you are going to find a direct replacement for ZJ steering, but there are plenty of options from QA1, PST, etc.
