Teraflex 986 bushing alternatives

I have already replaced one of these bushings, knowing that they are a wear item that needs replacing every 2 years or so, I'm looking to change them to something more durable.

Would like to go with metal cloak, but they only list a bushing for the monster arms, and i can't get any good info on the bushing being a 986 or not.

Any insight or other alternatives?

Any type of bushed flex joint is going to work out the same.

Option is to keep rebuilding them, or replace them with rod ends.
