unable to post attachments

For some reason I am unable to post attachments. I used to be able to. Can anyone tell me why or how to fix this please? I have a question I'd like to ask but I will be posting pics to show my issue.

Are you hosting the images via 3rd party hosting site such as photobucket?

I've heard if you use Tapatalk you can attach pictures in your posts..

No i was trying to just post them straight from here and down on the bottom it says "you may not post attachments". Its odd

I cant host pictures straight from my phone or computer to this forum (or, any forum I'm on) without hosting the photo's on photobucket first, and then Linking them into my posts on the forum.
