Writeup for rocker replacement with tubing?

Hey everybody
Well I'm Looking to do a rocker replacement here sometime soon since mine are starting to rust. It seems a lot of the writeups are on old domains that are closed now. I want to keep it pretty simple. Just go with 2x6 but I want to do it as clean as possible. I see a lot of pictures of final product but I don't want to go hacking away and leave gaps and a mess for down the road. Any body know of good writeups that are still valid?
Thanks

Am I missing something or has the price of steel changed that much. Most people said they had about 80 bucks in material.
Just the rectangle tubing alone looks like it's going to run about 140ish!

In general steel has gotten more expensive... But steel prices also vary A LOT by location and steel yard. The three jeeps that I've helped replace the rockers on have been between 100 and 130 for materials.
