2001 jeep cherokee sport
i just picked this up and want to get it running normally. There were a lot of stray wires the kid put in before me and there used to be an auto start which is gone now.
The problem is the only way to start the jeep is: key on and jump the two connections under where the starter relay is. The relay was missing when I got it and I was givin a wire instead. Put a new relay in which did nothing. Not sure if it's my NSS gone bad or maybe an issue with some wire that was tapped into.
Can't start the jeep in neutral, reverse lights work, turn signals do not work but all other lights appear ok. Help pls electric gurus!
