Main Harness / Fuse Panel

Like so many others, I have a water leak at the fuse panel. I'm in the process of removing it to seal it up better. Problem i am having is separating the two halves. Its just the 1 1/4 captive bolt that holds the wire connector together correct? I have pulled the fuse panel screws, but separating the connector is proving harder than i thought. Obviously, i have to separate the halves to get a good bead of silicone in there. Before I put too much pressure on the connector, I want to make sure i am not missing anything. Thanks!
