Help with check engine codes

Hello, i have 92 cherokee with the 4.0 HO. i'm checking the codes and i'm a bit confused. after turning the ignition on and off and on again 3 times, the CEL flashes once, twice, four times, once, five times, then five times again.
what codes are being thrown? It says in my book that 55 means trouble code sequence is complete. what is code 12? 41 is alternator field.
