I see no link....

I have a couple pics, like 5 maybe I'll load later.

Still feel like a dick for basically ditching the group Saturday morning, but we covered a LOT of ground. lol and josh ended up with us most of the day, so that made me feel a little better. I'm sure he has a few pics as well.

Lost a bearing on the trailer on the way back! Thank god I decided to stop at the gales creek shell station to air up..... I was exhausted, hungry, and just wanted to get home, however I stopped at shell, mainly to discuss where to stop for dinner. While airing up, my brother says 'you better go look at the trailer'

I could smell something burning, and saw a small plume of smoke rolling off the passenger front wheel of the trailer....... Looked at the hub and bearing was gone. Super! Three rigs, and two drivers, what to do?

My first thought was to leave the trailer, have my nephews come up and grab the jeep, and we'd deal with the trailer tomorrow. Called my buddy who was already almost home, since my brother and I had to tear down camp and talked to Nick, Dustin, and Dave before we left. My buddy said 'I'll drop off my jeep and turn around and come get yours'

Being tired, hungry and stressed, not quite thinking right.... Luckily my buddy called back and said 'just pull that wheel off, strap the axle up and pull the trailer back empty, it will be fine' BINGO!
Good thing he was thinking straight!

Finally got back around 8:30 so it wasn't too bad, got everything home safe....

After a pretty tasty turkey dinner with the folks, I rolled out to TSF. Pretty good amount of traffic through Portland. The Nail Salon was still pretty foreign to me so I took it easy.

I came up Rutherford Road, and discovered they had logged the hillside leading down to Horsecamp, which kinda through me for a loop at first. I got to camp around 8:30 to find Nick, Ryan, and Emily sitting around the fire. Not long after the Scott train, and BPB trains had arrived. It was good to kick back and enjoy some laughs.

The next day brought some new arrivals, and a hangover for Ben. We decided to check out the west end of the trails. The group finishing Hood Raiser.

Eventually we made our way to Waterfall. BPB rocked the filter on 31's, but couldn't quite get the rig to hook up on the right side line.

Adam tried the center line for a bit, and then powered his way up the right side.

Still getting use to how the rig handled I took it easy and felt out the right side for a bit, but was able to hook up and climb it as well. Unfortunately I cracked my passenger side hub on the rock wall. Damn hubs.

Encountered a downed tree on Archers. We debated on turning around, but a few of the guys were willing to play lumberjack and clear it.

We then called it a day, and made our way back to camp where we found a few more had arrived including the BoringFamily. More laughs were shared around the fire that night.

Saturday morning brought even more people out for the day. We had two groups out on the trail that day. Finishing up University Firepower.

Snow had fallen the night before, which was pretty awesome to see on the trails.

BoringDave had a boring run up.

We continued on up FB5, skipping the next major hill climb as it was packed with 15 rigs ahead of us. Took a quick break above Crushers, and then started Saddle Up in the snow.

BronzeWyrm brought out his latest DoorKnob MJ project. It seemed to work quite well.

LJDude Daryl tagged along with us for the day. Daryl making his way through the bottom filter.

Some of the group decided to head out after Saddle Up, while the rest of us ran up 7-Up, Hogsback, and tried for Rocky Uphill. At the bottom of the trail I was stopped by a guy who was broke down and blocking the entire trail. He said he had five rigs above him too. Gotta love traffic on the trails.

We decided to call it a day, and head for camp. It didn't take much to convince Adam to try Mini Rubicon though. He gave it hell in QuadTrails, but the soupy clay was relentless.

The majority of left Saturday evening. It was just Nick, John, the Skinner boys, the BoringFamily, and myself for Saturday. It dropped into the low 20's that night, but the fire made it bearable.

Sunday morning as we were packing a group of XJ's rolled into camp looking to join in on the run. We told them they were a day late unfortunately. Maybe next time, guys.

Nick was battling a clogged cat in his stocker on the way out. He could barely climb the hills, and even maintain speed. Before hitting 26 we pulled over in hopes to unhook the cat. After about 10 minute of repeated hammer beatings Nick got it to clear up. Should have brought the wheeler. ;)

All in all, this was another great Thanksgiving Run with some awesome people. I really enjoyed the wheeling, and company around the campfire. Hope to see everyone out on the trails soon.

Now I really want to get back out there when there isn't snow and get a good aerial view of Saddle Up. The videos of it didn't come out well btw.

SRSSLY? :/ ... even up here we cant escape politics. Ugh.

Found a tree down across dog leg...

Got it cut and pulled off to one side with some good team work

Wasnt the best, but we got it out of the way juuuust enough to clear traffic.
