Who makes front seat crossmember replacements?

I'm replacing the floors in my 96&3/4 (its a 96 style but with some 97 stuff thrown into the mix from the factory) and the front seat crossmembers are shot.

I did some searching online with no luck, a call to my dealership and they said that part number has been discontinued. I know I could make my own, but for about $35 a piece it would have been nice to just prep and weld 'em in place.

This is how much I had to cut out of the passenger side, drivers side will be about the same..

They are discontinued, but some regional Chrysler warehouses may have them, and/or some Dealerships may have some. Try some of the on-line Jeep Dealerships. The parts counter guys often will only search for high dollar parts, I think they are on commission and don't bother with looking for low cost parts.

I know the guys at my local dealership and they have always been good to me, even gave me a few other companies to check with, no luck there.

Teamcherokee did not have any in stock either, do you have any other suggestions?

Have a junkyard cut some out, or fab some out of square tube.
