Turn Signal Fault

Turn Signal is stuck in the on position when indicating a left or right turn. All bulbs are good, as they all are on. I can turn it off when going back to center.

It is a bit intermittent. Sometimes I can get them to blink, but I'm not sure what is causing this particular issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kinda vehicle ? Checked/tested wire continuity and grounds ? Checked or changed the blinker module ? Checked or replaced the turn signal switch ?

2001 XJ. I haven't changed the blinker module or turn signal switch. I don't know how to check the wire continuity or grounds.
