Okay so my 2001 XJ Limited (auto)(4w) randomly started having these issues one day when driving home. It shifts from 1-2 just fine but from then up it will just build the RPMs unless I let off the gas to let it shift, so essentially now I am driving a manual with no clutch . Its awful.
Noteworthy: The idle RPMs have decreased it now rests right under 1000 when idle
Please help me determine the problem I would rather not have to do a trans swap unless I have to:tear:
