Teraflex disc conversion. Preload Spacer!??

I'm in the middle of installing my teraflex drum to disc kit.
Now the manual is total crap and I cant figure out where the preload spacer goes. I have completed the right side and started on the left when I notices the spacers. I have a Dana 35 C-clip. Cant find any logical place for the spacer to go.

Does any of you have any idea?

This might help though it is not the teraflex kit.http://www.links4jeeps.com/writeups/d35discconversion/ or this http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/dana-35-non-c-clip-drum-disc-conversion-1109208/

Don't know about this kit but it seems if you have c-clips you don't need preload spacers. I think it is for non-Cclip D35's.

I used the kit on my D44 and had to use them, they went next to the bearings. If I am not mistaken they are not used with the c-clip.

I think you would use them anyway since without them the seal can walk out to the point where it might start leaking.
