Many of us never though the day would come, but BPB is getting married this weekend. A few of us got together at TSF to celebrate his bachelor party with some good ole fashion campfire shenanigans and some wheeling.

Rolled into Lyda camp Friday evening to find the place to ourselves.

Took the Jeeps out for a little night run up.

We cruised up Hood Raiser, Hogsback, and decided to end the night with an ascent up Rocky Uphill. It was pretty slick, and proved to be a decent challenge.

We got back to camp, and shared some laughs and drinks around the camp fire. I think much to all of our surprise we were up and ready to hit the trail by 10. Ran a bit of Powerline over to Cedar Tree. AJ and Ben on Cedar Tree.

Fire Break 5. The first section proved to be another decent challenge with the recent rain.

At this point we chose to skip the top sections because we were still slightly hung over, and now hungry. We were curious to check out the new version of our adopted trail Saddle Up. Heading in from the Crushers staging area.

The first section was pretty cool in that it follows the side of the hill side around. It's doable in 2WD, but it has potential, and more importantly cuts out some gravel road time. Filter for the next section.

BPB sliced a Duratrac on his way through.

After running all of Saddle Up we started down the road heading for camp when John noticed a new trail open for class II's, Dog Leg. We thought we'd check it out. BronzeWyrm had been running in 2WD since his exhaust mods, and one hill on Dog Leg caught up to him.

He winched most of the way up, but packed up the recovery gear a bit too early. I ended up hooking up my ASR Kinetic Recovery Rope up, locking the Rail in 1rst, and putting the pedal down to yank him up.

From there we cruised back to camp. I ended up heading home later that evening, but it was a good time.

Congrats and good luck, BPB!
