How much torque on these bolts?

I'm in the process of rebuilding the 4.0L engine in my 2000 XJ. There is a plate that holds the camshaft inside the block and that plate has two torx bolts. Does anyone know how much to torque those bolts down to? I've searched my Chilton and Haynes manuals (and a brief search through naxja threads) and I can't find anything about it. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about...

My FSM says 18 ft lbs

I have the printed edition that the original owner gave me when I purchased the vehicle. I know this number is still good. 800-890-4038. I think they now go for $70-90. Some people know websites where you can get an electronic version for $7.95.

I found my electronic version on eBay for about 5 bucks.

The electronic version would be great since I have the option of bringing my laptop into the garage. Thanks for the tip. I'll look into it.
