Been reading the success stories of folks who have upgraded their air by using better flowing coils etc...
As I understand it, custom hoses are required. Here is my thought... Has anyone tried to just buy 100% 1999-2000 parts since they have the easier to use quick disconnect lines and are in theory the latest and greatest revisions?
My concern would be mounting the compressor since the bracket changed from "ears" to vertical bolts...
Also, the accumulator would need mounted..
Looking at the bracket pix I think the mounting issue would be easy to overcome and if I bought all the latest model lines, accumulator, condenser +evaporator, I would have the best in coolnig....

I don't have an AC shop near me to get custom hoses made and using the stock 1988 parts for cooling caused many overheats and poor cooling
