1997 and newer xj rear led conversion

I bought metal tail lights from jcroffroad and I have nothing but problem trying to figure out how to wire them with a led conversion. I am doing red brake and tail lights,orange turn signal and red side marker.I have seen the video on bleepin jeep but that is for a 1996 and under.i have done an led conversion on my 1996 xj and didn't have this many problem. 1997 and newer seems to have a totally different tail light wiring system. Anyone have a write up,wiring diagram or have any tricks.
