1) the center air vent in my XJ have a mind of its own. It never stay where I put (set) it. I try to wedge it with paper but that is only a temporary solution. How do I remove it?
2) Offset tie rod ends like these http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/TREOFF.html How much offset do they provide? I am looking for 1.5 inches or more of offset. I am planning on a custom steering but need to know that what is available will suite my needs.
After 275,000 miles on my XJ, she need all wearable parts on the font end replaced.
